The goal of this training is transmitting the general functioning of the structure management. Subsequently, the various customization options regarding information representation and input are discussed in detail. The definition "Representation of NX-specific information in Structure Management" plays an important role.
BOMs are created and adapted from different perspectives (NX or Teamcenter). Subsequently, the created BOMs are viewed from different perspectives using predefined loading rules.
The different possibilities of comparing BOMs are explained and clarified by means of examples. The creation and use of snapshots complete the topic. Customer wishes and requirements can be considered and addressed in exercises and case studies.
