Dr.Wallner Engineering stands for quality in processes and implementations. We are certified with the process-oriented quality management system DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. This orientation influences our daily work, both on site with our customers and in the training centers.

Especially new customers benefit from the ISO certification, to recognize the validated quality standards in our house easier. In order to guarantee our clients the desired services with reliability, we continuously improve our quality management system. Our most popular trainings

Not only do we offer standard trainings but also advanced trainings and expert workshops. The foundation of the qualified education are basic trainings, in which basic knowledge is trained. Using Siemens software products in advanced trainings, the existing knowledge is deepened. In special workshops, we support you in building up your expert knowledge.

How can I get support from you?

We will be happy to arrange a support contract with you. This specifies the response times and payment modalities.

How do I get an offer?

All service products can be configured and requested online. After entering the contact data a DRWE employee will get back to you with an individual offer.

How do I receive support for urgent problems?

If you are not already in contact with one of our consultants, please send a detailed description of the issue to the following address support@drwe.de. One of our qualified employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have a question that does not appear here, where can I ask?

We are personally there for you! Monday to Friday from 8:00 Ur to 17:00, by mail at kontakt@drwe.de or via the contact form.

Where can I find current training appointments?

All current available training appointments for NX and Teamcenter are listed on our "Training" site, sorted by date. For customer specific trainings, special topics or special workshops please submit your request including a date proposal. We will get back to you.

Where can I find the service fees?

Many of our service fees are adjusted individual to the customer. Many different factors play a role in this. Please request a personal offer.
