The training includes the applications Gateway, Modeling, Assemblies and Drafting in NX. These applications contain the commands and operations to create single parts with a sketch, to create assemblies by the Assembly Constraints and drawings via Master Model Concept. Further functions like editing a model or an assembly
and also creating parts lists or exploded views are included in the training. The training also includes a direct compare of the commands in Catia and NX which makes it easier to learn the new system. The differences between the two programs will be compiled and analyzed during the training. Different example cases will be shown and simulated on a 4 cylinder engine. Several exercises will be imposed and have to be done on the 4 cylinder engine. This training prepares experienced Catia users for the productive employment of the system Siemens NX.
