The system offers the possibility to create variants from single parts and features. The training starts with the repetition and/or deepening of the expressions. In particular, the possibilities of the Design Logic and the generation of user-defined expressions are the basis of any variant generation. Special requirements on single part modeling will be discussed. Further functions like part families or UDFs (User Defined Features) will be introduced, explained and trained. With part families, geometrically similar parts in different sizes can be created, changed and managed quickly and easily. They are expandable with attributes as well. UDFs offer the possibility to standardize design steps and gain more efficiency. In this context the operations of the Reuse Library will be explained. The participant can practice the shown operations at the end of the training.
