This training is aimed at designers who want to create realistic images of existing models. One example which they could be used for are presentations.
Course number:WWS 1120
Duration:2
Participants:Designer, Technicians, Engineers
Experience:Practical Experience in NX
Date:
In this training the participants will learn basic techniques with which effective, photorealistic representations can be created. To start any given material will be assigned to the 3D-model such as plastic, wood, metals or others. Depending on the choice of materials, textures can be adapted in size. Using different light sources, transparencies and more optical effects will be talked about in this training. After all settings have been made the participants will learn how to save and to create an output of the photo-realistic images.
At the end of this training, the participants will know how to reasonably and optimally apply the Visual Tools of NX to any given model.
Assigning materials to components and their surfaces
Working with textures
Effective usage of optical background
Meaningfully defined light and shadow effects
Handling transparency and other visual effects
Overview of different shading methods
NX photo in the context of assemblies
Saving and output of photo-realistic data
