NX modeling for advanced users assemblies

NX modeling for advanced users assemblies

Similar to “NX modeling for advanced users single parts” this training is meant for NX users, who already have basic practical experience or visited one of our NX Basic trainings (Basic modeling 1 and 2, NX transfer training). Basic knowledge will be repeated, deepened and broadened. The focus of the content is co-determined by the participant and customized to the requirements.

  • Course number:WWS 1020

  • Duration:1

  • Participants:Designer, Engineers, Technicians

  • Experience:Well-versed creation of Assemblies on base of the Assembly-Constraints and Base knowledge of the course topics

  • Date:

Special aspects of creating an assembly (Reference Set, Component Array etc.) will be taken up again as well as the management of existing Assembly-Constraints. The main issue is to find several Constraints and exemplary approaches to repair incorrect Constraints. In a further step NX Tool for creating Arrangements will be picked up. This topic will be developed in direction of more complex Arrangements. The possibility to simulate the assembling of products offer the Assembly Sequences. The participant will receive a general introduction. The Analyzing and Cloning of assemblies are further content. In view of the Analyze the varied possibilities of NX-Analyzing will be considered in more detail. NX also provides a special Copy-Tool for Assemblies, which will be explained: Cloning. To complete the training the possibility to create assemblies, referenced by a structure will be shown with the function Wave-Geometry-Linker.

Using Reference Sets to creating assemblies
Analyzing Assembly Constraints ( specific retrieving, Handling of incorrect Assembly-Constraint)
Creation of more complex Arrangements
Collision Analyze
Assembly Sequenzing
Clone Assembly
Using of Wave-Geometry-Linker for generating Wace-Controll-Structures
