Knowledge is a key asset for any company. In a technology based company this knowledge could exist in many forms viz. Spreadsheets, documents, Norms or even as a rule of thumb with most of its employees. It would be difficult to use this knowledge all the time due to many factors like availability of information, attrition or just human error due to oversight.
Course number:WTR 3200/3000
Duration:5
Participants:Engineers, Designer, Programmers
Experience:NX Basic Modeling 1 and NX Basic Modeling 2
Date:
NX provides comprehensive api with support for languages like C, C++, Java and dotnet technologies. Additionally it provides some interactive interfaces for automation. Knowledge fusion is one of them and provides rule based automation possibility. It helps capture most of the knowledge from various sources and integrate it in the design and development processes. Knowledge fusion is available to the users in interactive and programmable interface. It is possible for Designers with minimal or no programing background to automate most of the mundane and repetitive tasks. Also with a little better programming background to develop relatively complex tools using custom interface dialogues without the need for expensive programming compilers or IDEs.
NX Knowledge Fusion Basic covers the interactive interface of the knowledge fusion integrated in the NX Knowledge fusion application.
NX Knowledge Fusion Advanced covers the Programmable interface of the knowledge fusion integrated in the NX Knowledge fusion application.
