Working with non-parametric data always plays a big role when external data are recovered, to quickly get an idea of a possible construction, or early important data such as weight, surface or to provide collisions.
Course number:WWS 1100
Duration:3
Participants:Designer, Technicians, Engineers
Experience:Practical experience in NX
Date:
This course includes the features of the synchronous modeling and other techniques for easy handling unparametric data. This includes cut and reuse of geometry and the use of links and features to cange models quickly for any simulation or CAM programs. Finally, different analysis and testing methods are shown to work safely with unparametric data. This includes the creation of simple cuts, check collisions assemblies and examine geometry for tiny objects to enable later CAM operations.
Because parametric plays a minor role, and there are many possibilities with simple functions to reach the goal, only basic knowledge is neccessary.
