We are pleased to have qualified as "Best Newcomer" at the 3rd Leadership Symposium for SMEs. With a business description based on the management manual for SMEs, an expert opinion was prepared which is essential for the subsequent awarding of the award.
The BMM Award stands for "a modern management culture - a beacon for specialists and managers".
Value-based corporate management is a crucial competence which, in view of the demographic development, is becoming a key factor for entrepreneurial success:
- constantly striving for a leading position in the market;
- for a healthy workforce, because good management has a decisive influence on the (psychic) health of employees;
- In the increasingly fierce competition for the best employees, attractiveness as an employer is increased.
With the participation and didactic work in our management manual, we take the first steps to differentiate ourselves sustainably in the competition for the best employees, because lived values in excellent management cultures cannot be copied. The detailed description of the management processes and procedures in our company is also an inventory of the quality of the management culture.
More than ever, healthy leadership and the professional handling of increasing psychological workloads is an important area of strategic corporate management. Young specialists in particular are committed and want to get involved, want to help shape the process. Participation in the entrepreneurial environment secures employee commitment, leads to low days of illness and a positive working environment. This in turn is the guarantor for entrepreneurial success in the future, as an excellent management culture binds employees. This is the only way to plan future-oriented and forward-looking.
The award ceremony will take place on 15 November 2016 in the Congress Hall Böblingen.
