Quality management system DIN EN ISO 9001:2015

Dr. Wallner Engineering stands for quality in processes and implementations. We are certified with the process-oriented quality management system DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. This orientation influences our daily work, both on site with our customers and in the training centers.

The ISO certification helps you to recognize easier our validated quality standards. In order to guarantee you the desired services with reliability, we continuously improve our quality management system. The ISO 9001 certificate is a global reference that serves as proof of both meeting quality requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction in supplier-customer relationship.

Furthermore we are an education facility approved by the Baden-Württemberg Education Time Act (BzG BW). This includes systematically planning, organizing and implementing courses.

Phase 1

Training consultation and conception

• Clarification of goals and expectations and rough coordination of the approach
• Creation of a project plan including mile stones
• Determination of the training measure and basic content topics by the trainer

Phase 2

Training planning and manning

• Concretize of the training measure
• Creation / adaption of training documentation based on company specific requirements
• Selection and familiarization of suitable trainers, fixation of the appointments

Phase 3

Training implementation

• Delivery of resources (locations, technic, licenses, documents and materials)
• Implementation of the training

Phase 4

Follow up work and quality control

• Evaluation and analysis of the feedback forms of the participants (feedback on implementation, analysis of the progress of the participants, incidents during the training)
• Evaluation and analysis of the feedback forms of the participants
