- Recognizing customer needs and developing customized solutions
- Responsible customer consulting within the scope of Siemens PLM products
- Collaboration in the CAD and PLM administrator teams and taking over project responsibility from consulting to implementation
- Support in the implementation and adjustment of the customer software
- Installation, update, and setup of CAD workstations
- Collaboration in the conception, preparation, and implementation of updates
- Implementation of trainings
Your profile
- Technical degree or technical education
- Alternative completed technician’s training
- Experience in CAD and PDM system administration
- Good Windows operating system knowledge
- Good overall practice-oriented IT skills for Inventor, ADMS, Content Center, SQL server, Windows 2008 server
- Very good understanding of the general relations between CAD, PDM, ERP and required interfaces
- Ideally NX and Teamcenter knowledge
- Independent and goal-oriented method and willingness to learn
- Convincing and personable appearance
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Analytical mindset
- High resilience, willingness to travel and flexibility
