The NX module "Motion Simulation" provides simulation capabilities in relation to the NX-structural geometry and the theory of solid body systems. The user is enabled by the training to build mechanisms in assembly structures, to evaluate them for different demands in a real-time simulation and to optimize them if necessary. The dynamic simulation includes the following options:
The kinematics is mainly used for collision studies in the design phase. Additionally, measurements of all kinds can be performed. We can trace the path of a part in his overall movement.
The kinetics is used for real-time simulations. The resulting physical forces can be calculated in the desired objects and read in an Excel table with graph. This discipline can also 3D or 2D contacts with the consideration of "Stipp Slic Effects" can be simulated.
